Baby of Mine Return & Exchange Policy:

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE ITEMS & PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.   Custom made items that are considered NON REFUNDABLE include, but are not limited to, our pettiskirts, tutus, Birthday apparel, handmade items, personalized/monogrammed items, etc.  If you are unsure if your item quailifies for a return please feel free to contact us prior to making a purchase. Please make sure you have reviewed all applicable sizing information, shipping information and estimated delivery times and product descriptions. Feel free to contact us if you are unclear about our Return Policy.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

 

ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE - We happily accept returns for qualifying items purchased from our boutique.  Qualifying items include items that are considered "in stock" items, such as diaper bags, hair accessories, blankets, bibs, toys, etc.  (Some restrictions apply).  Items returned to us must have original tags, be unworn and unwashed, and include all orginal accessories in order to receive a refund.  All returned items are inspected for any signs of use or damage before refund is given.  You will receive an email when the refund has been issued. We can exchange your item for another identical one in a different size or color. If we dont have a different size or color in stock, we will provide you with a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

 

·     Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

·     When returning an item it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all costs and fees associated with return shipping.

·     It can take up to one billing cycle for refunds or credits to post and clear your account.  Refund is applied to the account or credit card used at time of purchase. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

You must contact Baby of Mine before returning any merchandise to verify that it qualifies and is eligible for a return/refund. You also must request a return/refund within 7 days of receiving your order.  Baby of Mine does not accept returns or provide refunds on unauthorized items or orders.  Please contact us for a return authorization code prior to returning any items.  Baby of Mine is not responsible for any items or orders which are returned to us without prior authorization.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our return policies.

 

*All merchandise which has been approved for a return or exchange must be returned within 14 days.

Please remember: Any orders that are handmade, custom made or ordered, or personalized/monogrammed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Most of the items on our website are unique and custom made and DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE.  Orders containing these types of items are considered as a "FINAL SALE".   Feel free to contact us prior to making a purchase for more information on our return policy.
 
Please be sure to check all of our available sizing information, shipping information, and estimated delivery times prior to placing an order.  We do not provide returns or give refunds for orders which are shipped within the estimated shipping time frame specified on our "Shipping Info" page.  We will contact buyer with estimated delivery time if item is expected to take longer than the usual delivery time. Please allow up to 1 extra week longer than specified for any custom or personalized items to be delivered.  We cannot guarantee (in most cases) exact delivery dates only estimated delivery dates.  Please see our Shipping Info page for more details.  We are not responsible for items purchased which are the wrong size or color unless it is our mistake or fault that the wrong size or color was shipped out.
