Baby of Mine Boutique is dedicated to ensuring that our customer's receive their orders in a quick and timely manner, and we will always work to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
We are a proud retailer of a wide variety of products from many different brand names, designers, and manufacturers. Many items in our store are shipped directly from the manufacturer or designer to your doorstep, therefore your package may be delivered from a different shipping carrier each time (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc) you order.
Note: If your order contains multiple items, you may receive these items in separate shipments, especially if the items were made by different manufacturers or designers.
ORDERING INFORMATION:
All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours. After you have paid for your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase. This email is also your purchase receipt, which contains a unique order I.D. number, which you can use to track the progress and status of your order on our website. If we are provided with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped, we will email that information to you, so be sure to provide us with your email address at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies. Many of our items are custom "made-to-order" items that are designed to your specifications at the time of purchase, such as our pettiskirts, tutus, personalized or monogrammed items, etc. Due to the custom nature of these items, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. Estimated delivery for all of our non-custom or non-personalized items is 3-10 days. If you have any specific questions about the delivery time of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can also track the progress of your order by using our Order Tracking service.
In some cases, Baby of Mine can place a high priority on your shipment in order to get it to you faster. Email us if you need us to rush your shipment for any reason. Orders that qualify for rush shipment will incur an additional shipping cost in most cases. Please email us for more information.
